Open to young leaders from the Baltic States, Poland, and Germany
Empower – Regional Leadership Lab 2026 is a two-day event bringing together emerging political and community leaders from across the region. Participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, exchange ideas, discuss regional challenges, and build connections with peers from across Europe.

Who can apply
Young people aged 18–30 from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, and Poland
Those involved in youth organisations, civic initiatives, political activities, or community engagement
Applicants interested in politics, international relations, security, and leadership
Participants motivated to develop their leadership skills and contribute to international cooperation
Applicants with a good command of English who are available to attend both days
