Baltic Pulse: Resilience, Hope, and Action in a Time of War

On April 11 The Latvian Transatlantic Organisation, in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and with support of the State Chancellery of the Republic of Latvia organized a discussion “Baltic Pulse: Resilience, Hope, and Action in a Time of War” on the findings of recent opinion polls measuring societal resilience in the Baltic states in context of the brutal Russian war in Ukraine.

The presentation offered an in-depth exploration of the impact Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has had on the Baltic region. The influx of refugees, fear of conflict escalation, and ongoing uncertainty have underscored the urgent need to assess resilience at every level of society.
