On Tuesday, February 23 at 10:30 AM (GMT+2) the second lecture in The Rīga Conference Lecture Series on Zoom or Facebook Live will take place.
Airis Rikveilis, National Expert in the Secretariat-General of the European Commission, will participate in the series with his lecture “EU Strategic Compass: Will It Lead To Strategic Autonomy?”. After the lecture, there will be the possibility to participate in a Q&A session.
