Global Peace Index 2021 Presentation
On October 6 at 10.30 AM (GMT+3) the Latvian Transatlantic Organisaton will host the «Global Peace Index 2021” presentation by the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP).
This will be the only presentation of this study in the Baltic States. The presentation will be one of the warm-up events ahead of the Rīga Conference 2021 which will convene on October 15-16.
This is the 15th edition of the Global Peace Index (GPI), which ranks 163 independent states and territories according to their level of peacefulness. Produced by the IEP, the GPI is the world’s leading measure of global peacefulness. This report presents the most comprehensive data-driven analysis to-date on trends in peace, its economic value, and how to develop peaceful societies. Find the study here.
The presenation will be given by the Deputy Director of Operations, Europe and MENA region at the Institute for Economics and Peace Lea Perekrests.
